The Estes Community Center and the newly completed Garland Building has formed a partnership with Southside Community College to bring college-level training and educational opportunities to Chase City. College classes offered at the Center include training programs of certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, computer training and other academic classes, which apply to programs of study at Southside Virginia Community College.
